The room was small but man was it efficient and comfortable. I had a great view and felt like I was almost part of Sloane Square without all the noise.

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but with the comfort I got it was still acceptable.

Had the best time! The area was so pretty, with tons of shops and cafes nearby. The staff made my stay so special, especially with that surprise champagne and cake for my wedding! The room was cute but a bit cramped. Free coffee in the lounge was a nice touch, too.

The staff were super friendly, and our small room was cozy and quiet. Breakfast was simple but satisfying—we enjoyed the scones!

The staff were super welcoming, and I loved the wellness area for relaxation. breakfast at Côte Brasserie was great, with freshly baked croissants and organic juices.

The only downside was the limited storage space in the room, which made organizing my belongings a bit of a challenge.

Great location, very clean hotel with charming decor. I booked a double room and when I arrived, the staff upgraded us for free. They remembered my name and were genuinely helpful, it felt like a personal touch, something you don't see everywhere.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Cadogan Hall, making it very convenient for me and my son. The staff was accommodating, and even though our room was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed. There was a bit of noise from the club below, which was slightly disruptive, but overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.
